A simple salad

Salads can be boring but mix them up and add things you wouldn’t normally consider and they are delicious. Try this one for work, it’s tasty and fills you up nicely, approximately 300 to 350 calories a serving:

Baby gem lettuce

Juicy cherry tomatoes

Lemon, mint and parsley cous cous

Feta cheese



Sprouted seeds

Simple, have a bit of each ingredient and pop in a lunch box. Tasty and nutritious.

  1. I’m not sure exactly why but this weblog is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end? I’ll check back later on and see
    if the problem still exists.
