Homemade Burger, Fresh Vibrant Salad and Sweet Potatoes


500g Beef mince
1 Heaped tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
Salt and pepper
Splash of Worcester sauce
Gulp of ale or cider
Using hands mix all together and divide into 4 burgers. Whilst potatoes are cooking using a griddled pan cook the burgers in a little olive oil turning throughout for about 10/12 minutes or until cooked through

2/3 large Sweet Potatoes
Chop into wedges (skin on)
Put a little olive oil in a tray with seasoning, paprika salt pepper of your choice. Roll around in the oil and seasoning.
Bake for about 30/35 minutes on 180/190° until golden crisp and soft in the middle

Grate using a processor if you have one
1/4 White or green cabbage
Two or three carrots
Red onion
1 Pear
Place all grated ingredients in a bowl with a glug of olive oil, red wine vinegar and half the juice of a lemon, season and mix together

Serve with sliced tomatoes and gerkins and sauce of your choice I used Greek yogurt and a splash of Worcester sauce with tomato relish.
